1. Who We Are

Studio ozgnl is an independent app development studio founded by Fatih Özgenel. We build iOS applications published on the Apple App Store. This policy covers all apps published under the "Studio ozgnl" developer account.

2. Data We Collect

Our apps are designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Usage analytics or tracking data
• Advertising identifiers
• Health, financial, or biometric data

All app data (settings, preferences, user-created content) is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account if iCloud sync is enabled.

3. Third-Party Services

Some of our apps may use the following Apple-provided services:

• iCloud (CloudKit): If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account under Apple's privacy policy. We cannot access your iCloud data.
• StoreKit: In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information.
• App Store Connect Analytics: Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymized usage statistics. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

4. AI-Powered Features

Some of our apps may use AI services (such as the Anthropic Claude API) to provide intelligent features. When these features are used:

• Only the minimum necessary data is sent to process your request
• No personal identifiers are included in API requests
• We do not store AI conversation history on our servers
• AI providers process data according to their own privacy policies

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored locally on your device using industry-standard iOS storage mechanisms. Sensitive information (such as tokens or credentials, if applicable) is stored in the iOS Keychain, which provides hardware-level encryption.

6. Children's Privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since we do not collect personal data from any user, no special provisions are required.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Since all data is stored on your device:

• You can delete your data at any time by deleting the app
• You can reset app data from the app's settings (where available)
• iCloud data can be managed through your device's iCloud settings

We do not retain any user data on external servers.

8. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you have the right to:

• Access any personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Object to data processing
• Data portability

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, these rights are inherently fulfilled. If you have any questions, please contact us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
